 The website is accessible free of charge from any location to any user with internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (computer hardware, software, internet connection, etc.) are at the user’s expense.

This file is used to manage the commercial relationship with clients.

GENERAL TERMS of SALES



1. Preamble

These general terms of sale apply by right to the provision of our services, including the sale of events, consulting, training, and assistance. The services are performed according to the terms of the contract or on the indicated dates. They are accessible to all our clients and take precedence over any other document unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing.

2. Right of Withdrawal

The client has a right of withdrawal of 14 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract for service provision or event purchase, unless another payment term is indicated on the invoice or order. If the service is fully executed before the expiration of the withdrawal period with the client's explicit agreement, the client loses their right of withdrawal.

3. Refund Terms

Any refund due following a withdrawal will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the completed withdrawal form available here: form. Beyond this period, the company reserves the right to refuse the refund.

4. Sale of Events and Workshops

Afin de garantir une organisation optimale et une expérience de qualité pour tous les participants, les modalités suivantes s’appliquent en cas d’annulation :

  • Toute demande d'annulation effectuée au plus tard 48 heures avant le début de l’atelier via le formulaire de rétractation donnera droit à un remboursement intégral, à l’exception des inscriptions de dernière minute.
  • Passé ce délai, aucun remboursement ne pourra être accordé.

Cette politique vise à assurer le bon déroulement de nos ateliers et le respect de nos engagements envers l’ensemble des participants et intervenants.

La participation sera considérée comme confirmée et le paiement définitivement validé 48 heures avant le début de l’atelier.

Pour toute question, nous restons à votre disposition et serons ravis de vous accueillir lors de nos ateliers.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon registration for workshops/events or upon receipt of the invoice for other services. Payments can be made by bank transfer (RIB/IBAN indicated at the bottom of the invoice), checks, Stripe, or cash. Other accepted payment methods will be specified in the service offer or invoice.

6. Ineligibility for Installment Payments

Installment payments or discounts are not accepted.

7. Late Payment Penalties

In the event of late payment, late penalties will be applied at a rate of 0.02% of the total amount of the invoice including VAT per day of delay. Additionally, a fixed recovery indemnity of €40 is due by right from the first day of late payment to combat excessive payment delays between professionals. The company may claim a higher amount if it has incurred higher recovery costs. Initiative Solution Consulting is authorized to suspend any service provision in case of late payment.

8. Special Conditions

For consulting services : This involves providing expertise and strategic recommendations tailored to the client's specific needs (AMOA= project management assistance, configuration of a new feature, ERP project implementation and management, etc.). A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required upon order. The balance will be paid according to the terms of the contract established with the client.

For training : These sessions allow participants to gain autonomy and skills by mastering the functionalities of Sage X3 Finance and Odoo. A deposit of 30% is required upon signing the training agreement. The balance will be paid according to the conditions specified in the agreement.

For assistance : This involves user support for Sage X3 Finance and Odoo. You benefit from assistance hour packs to be used within a specified period. Payment is made according to the chosen hour pack upon validation or confirmation of the order. The prices and details of the hour packs can be consulted here.

The Average Daily Rate for these services varies between €650 and €1200 depending on the complexity of the project and the expertise required. 

9. Amendments to the General Terms of Sale

The company reserves the right to modify these general terms of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the contract or service registration.

10. Acceptance of Conditions

Placing an order or registering for a service implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms of sale.

All our contractual relationships will be exclusively governed by French law.
